Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a fusion protein, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof in preparing a ophthalmic disease treatment, anti-inflammation and anti-tumor medicament, which relate to the technical field of biopharmaceuticals. The fusion protein uses a flexible (F) or rigid (R) Linker to connect two angiogenesis-inhibiting polypeptides HM-3 and IL-4 with an immunoglobulin Fc fragment by means of an amino acid linker, being expressed in a eukaryotic cell by means of a method of genetic engineering, and being purified and obtained by means of affinity chromatography and like methods.
