Abstract:
It is intended to provide p18AβrP gene having novel functions of promoting cell death and so on and p18AβrP protein which is the product of the above gene. It is also intended to provide a screening system with the use of them, a substance obtained by the screening system which promotes or inhibits cell death, and medicinal compositions containing the same for treating/preventing diseases.
