Abstract:
Provided is a gadolinium wire material which contains gadolinium as the main component, and in which the average particle diameter of a segregation phase containing fluorine atoms and/or chlorine atoms is 2 µm or less. According to the present invention, a gadolinium wire material having high strength and excellent workability may be provided.
