Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a gain compression compensation circuit of a radio frequency power amplifier. The gain compression compensation circuit comprises: a low-pass filter module configured to receive some radio frequency signals output by a first power amplification transistor, and filter the radio frequency signal having the frequency higher than that of a fundamental wave in said radio frequency signals to obtain filtered signals; and a rectification module configured to receive the filtered signals output by the low-pass filter module and rectify the filtered signals to obtain rectified current, and output the rectified current to a bias transistor and superimpose the rectified current with bias current Ibias flowing in from the bias transistor.
