Abstract:
The invention relates to a gait alignment aid for aligning the pyramid-like arrangement of bones (11) of a foot (115), said pyramid-like arrangement of bones (11) having an ankle bone (5), a heel bone (6), a navicular bone (7), and a cuboid bone. The gait alignment aid comprises: an elevation (103, 104, 118) at a defined location for generating pressure on the foot when walking on the foot (115). The elevation is located in the region of the sole and/or a region near the sole at one or more points and generates a stimulus which acts on the adjacent bone structure when walking on the foot in order to provide an ergonomically optimized gait.
