Abstract:
A gait analysis and anomaly detection method based on a wearable step sensor, which relates to the technical field of computer applications. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring data by means of an inertial sensor; S2, performing coordinate system conversion on a measurement value output by the sensor; S3, dividing gait cycles; S4, performing zero-speed interval detection; S5, performing discrete integration on the angular velocity; S6, evaluating gait complexity on the basis of elliptic Fourier analysis; S7, evaluating gait symmetry on the basis of a Pearson correlation coefficient; and S8, detecting abnormal gaits on the basis of a gait phase diagram. A zero-speed interval detection method based on data fusion technologies is provided to avoid jumps during the determination of a zero-speed interval in a traditional detection method. Acceleration and angular velocity are fused and a window is added to accurate find the zero-speed interval. A gait phase diagram is fitted by means of elliptic Fourier analysis to evaluate abnormal gaits, thereby avoiding the interference of inertial gravity on acceleration.
