Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of petrochemical catalysis. Disclosed are a gallium-based low-carbon alkane dehydrogenation catalyst, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The catalyst uses gallium as an active center and vanadium or manganese as an auxiliary agent, and is prepared by dipping a carrier in a solution containing gallium and the auxiliary agent and then roasting at 300-1000°C for 3-8 hours. According to the catalyst, vanadium or manganese is used as the auxiliary agent and has a synergistic effect with gallium, so that the dosage of gallium species is reduced, and the existence state of gallium is also adjusted, thus the obtained catalyst has better propane dehydrogenation activity and selectivity. The catalyst is applied to propane dehydrogenation and isobutane dehydrogenation reactions, and has high selectivity and good stability for a target product.
