Abstract:
A galvanoscanner (1) comprises: a mirror (2) that reflects and deflects laser light; a shaft (14) that rotates about a rotation axis (6); a mount (3) that fixes the mirror (2), and has a first hole (3b) formed therein into which one end of the shaft (14) is inserted, whereby the mount (3) is fixed to the shaft (14); a first bearing (12) that rotatably supports the shaft (14) about the rotation axis (6); and a second bearing (13) that rotatably supports the shaft (14) about the rotation axis (6), and is provided on the side opposite from the mirror (2) with the first bearing (12) interposed therebetween. The mount (3) is fitted to the inner side of an inner race (12a) of the first bearing (12).
