Abstract:
Disclosed is a game apparatus using a strike sensing device. The disclosed game apparatus comprises: a base plate having a direction recognition sensor; a guide bottom plate having a foot button for guiding the foot pressing direction of a user and a function implementing sensor for implementing a predetermined game function according to the pressing by the foot of the user, the guide bottom plate being connected to the center of the base plate via a central axis and installed to be inclined in a forward, backward, left, right or diagonal direction so that the foot pressing direction of the user can be recognized by the direction recognition sensor; a strike sensing device installed on the guide bottom plate and in front of the user so as to sense the strike point of the user; a display unit arranged in a rear portion of the apparatus such that the user standing on the guide bottom plate may see, at the viewpoint adjusted by the tilt of the guide bottom plate, the game character struck by the strike performed on the strike sensing device and the result of the game function implemented by the function implementing sensor; and a control unit for controlling each unit such that the game character struck by the strike performed on the strike sensing device can be displayed on the display unit, the relative motion and action of the game character can be simulated based on the tilt of the guide bottom plate varying by the change of the center of gravity of the user, and the motion of the game character corresponding to the strike performed on the strike sensing device can be simulated.
