Abstract:
Provided is a game control device in which a first item-granting unit grants a usage-restricted player card to a user while in a state in which use by the user is prohibited. A second item-granting unit grants a scissors item to a user, said scissors item being an item for enabling the use of the use- restricted player card. When the scissors item has been used by a user, a state setting unit sets the use-restricted player card to a use-enabled state, and allows use by the user having a use-restricted player card.
