Abstract:
A game control device is communicably connected with a user terminal (10). A location acquisition unit (202) acquires terminal-location information indicating the location of the user terminal (10) in the actual world. A determination unit (203) determines whether the user terminal (10) is present in a prescribed area on the basis of the acquired terminal-location information. In cases when the determination unit (203) determines that the user terminal (10) is present in the prescribed area, a game-right granting unit (204) grants the user terminal (10) a right to initiate a prescribed game.
