Abstract:
Provided are a game control method, game server, and program capable of increasing variation in item acquisition methods, improving acquisition predictability of very rare and valuable items, and enhancing interest in a game. The game control method includes: an information presentation step for presenting acquirable-item information to a communication terminal, the acquirable-item information including the total number and the acquired number or unacquired number of items per item type, when an information presentation request related to an item acquirable by the communication terminal has been received from the communication terminal connected via a communication line; a step for determining the item to be provided to the communication terminal when the item acquisition request has been received from the communication terminal; and a step for modifying the acquirable-item information when a reset request has been received from the communication terminal.
