Abstract:
Intended is to present a highly pleasant game device. The game device (10) controls
a ball game, in which a character operated by a user and an opponent character play
by hitting a ball. When the user instructs a hitting of the ball through a button
of a controller (20), a hitting control unit (42) determined the timing and the
ball kind at the instant when the character hits the ball, in accordance with the
kind of the button inputted by the user. The hitting control unit (42) changes
the ball kind determined into another kind advantageous for the opponent, in
case a parameter indicating the hitting timing, the height of the ball, the posture
of the character, the position of the character, the distance between the character
and the ball or the capacity of the character for exercises goes out of a predetermined
range for the ordinary hitting.
