Abstract:
A game device (100) transmits character information of a parent of a character that is being raised and controlled by the device to the other game device side and receives character information of a parent of a character that is being currently raised on the other game device side. The game device then compares the transmitted character information and the received character information. When the two pieces information agree with each other, the game device (100) determines that the characters being raised in the game devices are brothers and controls a display mode and behavior pattern of each of the characters.
