Abstract:
Provided is a game device in which only the volume of background music (1) is raised from among pieces of background music (1-3) in which the same song is performed using different sounds, the pieces of background music (2, 3) are muted and the pieces of background music (1-3) are cued up simultaneously, and the background music (1) is muted and the volume of one of the pieces of background music (2, 3) that were muted is raised to match a change in a menu screen. As a result, it is possible to achieve variation in music that is played back so as to match a change in the level of a menu using a simple method.
