A game group editing method and apparatus and an electronic terminal, which relate to the technical field of games, and which solve the technical problem in which the convenience of virtual character editing operations of multiple groups is relatively low. The method comprises: displaying at least one group in a graphical user interface (S410); in response to an editing operation for a first group among the groups, displaying an editing interface (S420), the editing interface comprising at least one first virtual character belonging to the first group; in response to a first selection operation for the first virtual characters, editing a target first virtual character selected by the first selection operation to a target group in the groups (S430); in response to a group selection operation for a second group in the groups, displaying an adjustment interface (S440), the adjustment interface comprising at least one second virtual character belonging to the second group; and in response to a second selection operation for the second virtual characters, editing a target second virtual character selected by the second selection operation to the first group (S450).
