Disclosed in the present invention are a game live streaming method, a server, a device, a coin pusher gaming machine and a medium. The method is applied in a server of a live streaming platform and comprises: acquiring gift-giving data of a viewing user in a live streaming room; on the basis of the gift-giving data, transmitting a coin dropping instruction to a coin pusher gaming machine in communication with a server of a live streaming platform; receiving pushed-and-dropped gaming coin data transmitted by the coin pusher gaming machine, wherein the pushed-and-dropped gaming coin data is data of gaming coins pushed and dropped down from a gaming coin platform after the coin pusher gaming machine executes the coin dropping instruction; and according to the pushed-and-dropped gaming coin data, determining reward data required to return to the viewing user. The present invention addresses the technical problem in the prior art that the current live streaming lacks variety, and provides a new live streaming type, enriching the form of live streaming.
