A game management device is provided with: a first relationship information storage control means that stores first relationship information in advance in a storage device, said first relationship information being information in which information related to a user action event, an automatic comment issued by a fellow user after said action event has been carried out, and a condition for the fellow user who issues said comment are associated; a fellow user detection means that, when the action event that is included in the first relationship information is carried out in accordance with information related to operation at the terminal device of the user, detects fellow users who fulfill the condition of being a fellow user who issues an automatic comment that is associated with the action event, doing so on the basis of game information for the fellow users; and a fellow user comment transmission means that transmits to the terminal device of the user information related to the fellow users detected by the fellow user detection means, and display control information that causes the automatic comments issued by the fellow users to be displayed.
