Abstract:
A game system (300) for advancing a battle game using game progress information of one game device (100) and game progress information acquired from another game device (100), wherein the CPU (10) of the one game device (100) is configured so as to: store game progress information read by a reading unit (13) in a storage unit (14) and identify a finger operation pattern detected by a touch detection unit (2); when said finger operation pattern matches an input finger operation pattern in the game progress information (142) stored in the storage unit (14), makes information that is at least a portion of the game progress information (142) and is used for game advancement in the other game device (100) to be transmittable to the other game device (100) via an infrared communication unit (5); acquires game progress information (142) of the other game device (100) via the infrared communication unit (5); and advances the battle game using the acquired information.
