Abstract:
The disclosed game system includes a management device and a game device. The management device is equipped with an authentication unit that acquires the results of authentication that uses first and second identification information that should correspond to a user. When the authentication results are positive, an expiration is associated with the first identification information. Meanwhile, the game device is equipped with an authentication identification information acquiring unit that acquires identification information that is for authentication and that should correspond to a user; and a query unit that queries to inspect a management unit as to whether or not first identification information matching the identification information for authentication is recorded in the management device, and if first identification information matching the identification information for authentication is recorded in the management device, whether or not the expiration corresponding to the first identification information is a time after the present point in time. The permission unit of the management device permits the execution of a service associated with the first identification information relating to the query when the inspection results according to the management unit that responded to the query are positive.
