A game system including: a game value determination unit (113) that determines the payout game value, on the basis of an instructed position detected using an instructed position detection unit (110) for detecting instructed positions on a game screen; a lottery processing unit (114) that performs a first lottery processing that determines whether or not to pay out the game value determined by the game value determination unit (113), and also sets a time limit; and a payout processing unit (116) that processes the payout of the determined game value, in accordance with the lottery results of the first lottery processing. The lottery processing unit (114) performs a second lottery processing if an input for performing the second lottery processing occurs within the time limit, and the payout processing unit (116) processes payouts on the basis of the lottery results of the first lottery processing and/or the second lottery processing.
