Abstract:
Game with Capsules has a number of capsules (4) moving in grooves (11), (21) and (31) which create one or more networks (6) on bases (1), (2) and spiral corridor (3) to end up in the cavities (13) and (33) and the holes (23). The base (1) with the capsules (4) is covered with the transparent cover (16) while one or more bases (2) and corridors (3) together with capsules (4) are respectively enclosed within a cube with transparent sides (26) and a cylinder with transparent outer surface (36). The capsule game in all three versions, bases (1), (2) and corridor (3), with manual declension roll the capsules (4), which in their interior (43) have a ball (45). The goal of the game is to position the capsules (4) in the cavities (13) and (33) and the holes (23). The base (1) of the game can also include a timer (5), to record target times.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A game that consists of a base (1), a plurality of capsules (4) that contain a ball (45) in their interior (43); a transparent cover (16) and characterized by having a base (1) which has a plurality of grooves (11) which create a network (6), and cavities (13) and that the base (1) with the plurality of grooves (11) and cavities (13) and the plurality of capsules (4) are enclosed in the transparent cover (16) and by tilting the game of the invention, the capsules

(4) make a compound motion as a result of a rotational motion and a linear motion within the grooves (11) to reach the cavities (13).

2. Capsule game according to claim 1, wherein base (1) contains a number of grooves (11), which create a network (6), protrusions (12), and cavities (13), together with capsules (4) in equal number with the cavities (13) and is covered with the transparent cover (16).

3. Capsule game according to claim 1, wherein one or more than one double-sided bases (2) contain a plurality of grooves (21) which create one or more networks (6) and one or more than one holes (23), with capsules (4) and are enclosed into a cube or other solid body with transparent side (26).

4. Capsule game according to claim 1, wherein spiral corridor (3) with a groove (31) or a plurality of grooves (31) which create a network (6), along its length, contains a sequence of grooved sectors (32) which terminate in cavities (33), with capsules (4) and is enclosed inside a cylinder with transparent outer surface (36).

5. Capsule game according to claim 1 and 2, wherein the cavities (12) of base (1), in an equal number of the capsules (4) of the game, can have different markings among them giving different degrees of difficulty to the game.

6. Capsule game according to claim 1 and 2, wherein the base (1) includes (contains) a timer

(5) with an on-off switch (51) and sensors (52) at the bottom of each cavity (13) of the base (1), that check the cavities (13) and stopping the timer while recording the target time.

Description:
Game with Capsules

The invention relates to a game with capsules, which contain a ball in their interior and roll in grooves which result in cavities or holes. The player must place the capsules in these cavities or holes. The capsules with a metal ball inside them give the capsule a peculiar range of motion which offers the player more fun.

Game with capsules, according to the present invention comprises a plurality of grooves through which the capsules are guided to cavities or holes. The grooves and cavities may be on a base (1) or spiral or other three-dimensional corridors (3), while the grooves and holes are on double- sided bases (2).

The Plastic capsules (4) consisting of two pieces (41) and (42) contain in their interior (43) a ball (45) and on the outer casing (44) they may have sketches of various forms or shapes.

The single-sided base (1) contains a plurality of grooves (11) which create a network (6) and protrusions (12) on the top of which there are cavities (13) in which the capsules (4) are to be driven. The single-sided base (1) at the top is covered with a transparent cover (16). The double-sided base (2) on each surface, contains a plurality of grooves (21) which create one or more networks (6) and protrusions (22) and can contain one or several holes (23). A transparent cube or other solid body with transparent sides (26), has in its interior one or more than one of a double-sided base (2). The capsules (4), through the grooves (21) are guided into the holes (23) through which then fall immediately below on to the next double-sided base (2), and then through another hole (23) on to the next double-sided base (2), and so on. When all the capsules (4) have passed the hole/holes of the last downwards double-sided base (2) the player rotates the transparent cube or other solid body with transparent sides (26) by 180 degrees on a horizontal axis, bringing the second surface of the double-sided bases (2) upward and all capsules (4) in the upper side of the first, to the now higher double-sided base (2) and the game restarts.

The spiral or other three-dimensional corridor (3) contains a groove (31) or a plurality of grooves (31) which create a network (6) who at intervals comprises grooved sections (32) which have cavities (33) built-in within them. The spiral or other three-dimensional corridor (3) is trapped inside a transparent cylinder or other solid body with a transparent outer surface (36).

In the game with the single-sided base (1) and the corridors (3) the capsules (4) are as many as the cavities (13) and (33) respectively. While in the game with the double-sided bases (2) the capsules may be equal to, or more than the holes (23).

The capsule game is held in the hands and by tilting it, the capsules (4) move in the grooves (11) or (21) or (31), in an effort to place the capsules (4), one after the other in the cavities (13) or (33) or the holes (23) to move to the base of the next level, which is the goal of the game. The difficulty of the game depends on the depth of the grooves (11) and (21), the tilt of the protrusions (12) and (22) and the requirement of placing the capsule (4) in cavities (13) with the same label, numbers or colors.

For the spiral corridors (3) the difficulty of the game depends on the opening of the coil (35) of the spiral corridors (3). In the application of the game with the single-sided base (1), for the time measurement of the game goal, of placing all of the capsules (4) in the cavities (13) of the base (1), a timer (5) can be used which starts to operate with a switch (51), on one of the sides of base (1), and stops at the entry of the last capsule (4) in the last free cavity (13).

Figure 1 shows the base (1) of the game, wherein the grooves (11) which create a network (6), the protrusions (12), cavities (13) and the transparent cover (16), are shown.

Figure 2 shows the base (1) of the game with the capsules (4) placed in the cavities (13).

Figure 3 shows a double-sided base (2) with grooves (21), cavities (23) and the capsules (4).

Figure 4 shows three double-sided bases (2) and the capsules (4) caged in a cube with transparent sides (26).

Figure 5 shows the spiral corridor (3) with the groove (31), the grooved sections (32) the size of the coil (35) and the capsules (4) placed in the cavities (33).

Figure 6 shows the spiral corridor (3) and the capsules (4) enclosed in a cylinder with transparent outer surface (36).

Figure 7 shows the capsule (4), the ball (45) which rolls inside the capsule (43) and the outer casing of the capsule (44). Figure 8 shows the timer (5) on the base (1), with the on-off switch (51) and sensors (52) at the bottom of each cavity (13) that check if the last capsule (4) is located within the last cavity (13) and instruct to stop the timer (5).
