Abstract:
When a slot game is played with each slot machine of a gaming system, a part of the amount of bet placed is cumulatively deposited in a progressive bonus counter. When the cumulative count of the progressive bonus counter reaches a predetermined value, an event game which the players of slot machines play is executed. From the slot machine which has won the event game, a progressive bonus corresponding to a part or all of the cumulative count is paid out. The amount of allotment of the progressive bonus paid out is told by means of a message in a predetermined language vocally outputted from a sub-speaker of a sub-display installed above the slot machine. The amount of allotment of the prize is told in units of the currency specified for the slot machine as the one receivable for bet.
