Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a GAN-based remote sensing image cloud removal method and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: dividing visibility levels for acquired cloudy remote sensing data; according to the visibility levels, divide training sets for the cloudy remote sensing data, successively training the training set of each visibility level according to the order of visibility from high to low, fixing model parameters of a discriminator, and inputting, into a generator, the training set corresponding to each visibility level, so as to generate a cloud-removed remote sensing image; inputting, into the discriminator, a real and clear remote sensing image and the generated cloud-removed remote sensing image, such that the discriminator can distinguish the real and clear remote sensing image from the cloud-removed remote sensing image; alternately training the generator and the discriminator, so as to generate a cloud removal GAN model corresponding to each visibility level; and performing interaction between the cloud removal GAN model and a remote sensing image application system, so as to obtain feedback, then updating parameters of the generator, and generating a personalized cloud removal GAN model which corresponds to the remote sensing image application system.
