Abstract:
Provided is a gang saw with a rear-mounted flywheel and an inclined saw blade for cutting granite and quartzite, the gang saw comprising a gang saw frame (1), a drain pipe (2), an electric motor I (3), an electric motor Ⅱ (4), a stone material rack (5), a flywheel structure (6), a base (7), a supporting frame (8), a rocking arm (9) and a rocking bar (10). The electric motor I (3) and the flywheel structure (6) are provided on a top portion of the supporting frame (8). The rocking bar (10) connected to the flywheel structure (6) via the rocking arm (9) is connected to a tail portion of the gang saw frame (1). The gang saw with a rear-mounted flywheel helps to reduce the resonance between the electric motors, and ensures safety while cutting stones.
