Coffee has its main ingredients including caffeine, tannin, fat, protein, sugar, minerals... etc. Coffee provides a sense of refreshing and improves the sensitivity of thinking. It also support the curing of diseases. The caffeine can improve smooth blood circulation and ruining. It also cure respiratory problem and migraine. Besides, the caffeine can promote the functionality of stomach and prevent senile dementia.

Ganoderma Lucidum is one of the Chinese medicines used along with both daily food and functional health food. It is reputed as "immortality" and "Zhi Rong". In the "Shen Nong's Herbal Classic", it was listed as "the drug with high quality and provides good health, non-toxic, no side effects if it is taken a long time, it can make the body light, anti-aging, benefits vitality, longevity." Polysaccharides and polysaccharide polymer (glucose, polysaccharide peptide and over one hundred kinds of complex polysaccharides) in Ganoderma Lucidum can induce the body to produce interferon, start their own immune surveillance system, increase in tumors of cancer patients the number of natural killer cytoplasmic, enhance the phagocytosis of macrophages. Meanwhile, certain trace elements of minerals in the Ganoderma Lucidum can stimulate the body to produce endorphins which has a strong analgesic effect. Ganoderma Lucidum benefits the health of bone marrow, increasing platelets, white blood cell count, anti-anemia, reducing the tumor surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy toxicity, improving the rate of healing and remission, the quality of life and to prolong life.
