Abstract:
Disclosed are a Ganoderma lucidum spore extract and an application thereof. The Ganoderma lucidum spore extract is prepared by the following method: breaking and crushing and defatting a Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, to obtain a defatted spore powder and a volatile oil, subjecting the defatted spore powder to water extraction and filtering, merging the filtrate, concentrating the filtrate and then adding ethanol and standing for precipitation, performing filtration to obtain a supernatant, recovering ethanol from the supernatant, and concentrating the supernatant to a relative density of 1.1-1.2 to obtain an extract. The present invention makes full use of remaining products from production of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil and Ganoderma lucidum spore polysaccharides, and comprehensively develops a Ganoderma lucidum spore powder. This is in line with the concept of green and environmentally friendly production, while significantly reducing production costs of enterprises.
