Abstract:
A garbage incinerator furnace wall cooling air collecting system. When drawn by a centrifugal fan, cooling air is transported via a duct to the bottom part of a furnace wall, then flows upwards via the furnace wall and departs from the upper part of the furnace wall; and the cooling air coming out from the upper part of the furnace wall is transported via an air collecting duct to a primary air intake duct. The cooling air collecting system effectively increases the primary air intake temperature, reduces the energy consumed by primary air heating, reduces the load for a furnace cavity induced draft fan, and conserves energy.
