Abstract:
A garden clipper is provided with: a pair of shear blades; a motor for reciprocating one and/or the other of the pair of shear blades; and a control means for controlling the motor. The control means can rotate the motor in both the normal and reverse directions. Also, the control means can set a voltage applied to the motor when the motor is rotated in the reverse direction to a level lower than the voltage applied to the motor when the motor is rotated in the normal direction. In the garden clipper, the shear blades can be released from locking and are prevented from re-locking.
