Abstract:
A brassiere (1) comprises a pair of cup sections (2), and a pair of side-covering sections (5) provided respectively to the left and right sides of the pair of cup sections (2), the pair of side-covering sections (5) covering the flesh of the sides and being formed from elastic members capable of applying pressure on the flesh of the sides toward the center of the body. When the brassiere (1) is worn, the flanks of the side-covering sections (5) stretch to a greater degree than the sides of the cup sections, and the side-covering sections (5) apply pressure on the flesh of the sides toward the center of the body. The brassiere (1) allows the wearer to move easily, and the brassiere (1) can support the flesh of the sides on the flanks of the bust to adjust contours.
