A garment refreshing method and a garment refreshing apparatus. The garment refreshing method comprises: respectively performing, by means of multiple steam outlets (1), refreshing operations on different portions of a garment to be refreshed, the respective steam outlets (1) having independent steam output parameters according to different portions to undergo refreshing operations, and the multiple steam outlets (1) simultaneously outputting steam, or optionally outputting steam in an alternating manner.
