Abstract:
Provided is a gas bag height measurement device, comprising a gas bag (1), a top plate (4), a bottom bracket (3), a pressure sensing module (2), a linear elastic body (5), a sensing module mounting frame (6), and a signal processing module. The top plate (4) is connected to a top surface of the gas bag (1), and secures an upper end of the linear elastic body (5). The bottom bracket (3) secures a lower end of the linear elastic body (5), and is connected to the pressure sensing module (2). The pressure sensing module (2) is mounted on the sensing module mounting frame (6). The signal processing module is connected to the pressure sensing module (2). Utilizing a linear relationship between a height and a pressure on the linear elastic body (5), the pressure is linearly converted into an electrical signal by the pressure sensing module (2), and the electrical signal is measured, amplified, and processed, such that a change in height of a top portion of a small gas bag space can be indirectly measured. By linearly converting a change in height into an electrical signal, the method and device can indirectly measure a change in height of a top portion of a small gas bag space, and have the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient installation, high measurement accuracy, low environmental impact, convenient mass production, and the like.
