Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to suppress UV deterioration of the inside of a device positioned below a gas barrier film for moisture prevention used in a flexible display and/or UV deterioration of the gas barrier film itself by imparting the gas barrier film for moisture prevention with light resistance. A gas barrier film which sequentially comprises a substrate layer that contains at least a flexible substrate, an inorganic thin film layer and an ultraviolet absorbent-containing organic layer in this order, and which is configured such that: the inorganic thin film layer contains silicon atoms, oxygen atoms and carbon atoms; and the light transmittance of the gas barrier film at 380 nm is 20% or less.
