Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a gas barrier film exhibiting excellent flex resistance and having high gas barrier properties. To this end, this gas barrier film is obtained by positioning an inorganic layer (A) and a layer (B) on one or more sides of a polymer substrate, in order from the polymer substrate side and so as to contact one another, wherein the layer (B) contains a component having an Si-H bond, and the hydrogen atom concentration in the layer (B) is 35-55 atom%.
