Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a gas barrier film which is thin and exhibits excellent bending resistance, and an electronic device provided with said gas barrier film. This gas barrier film has a gas barrier layer provided on a substrate, and is characterized in that: the thickness of the substrate is not more than 65 µm; and the gas barrier layer has, in the thickness direction, a mixed region including a non-transition metal and a transition metal.
