Abstract:
This gas barrier film has a substrate and a gas barrier layer positioned on at least one surface of the substrate. The gas barrier layer includes an aqueous polyurethane resin (A), a water-soluble polymer (B), and an inorganic layered mineral (C). The aqueous polyurethane resin (A) includes a polyamine compound and a polyurethane resin having an acid group. A first region, which is the region from the top surface to the bottom surface of a cross-section of the gas barrier layer cut in the thickness direction, is divided in the thickness direction into 11 equal band regions, and a second region, which is the region from the top surface to the bottom surface of a cross-section of the gas barrier layer cut in the thickness direction and is different from the first region, is divided in the thickness direction into 11 equal band regions to create a total of 22 band regions. Among the 11 band regions in the first region, 1μm measurement target regions are established in the length direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the band regions disposed in second, fourth, sixth, eighth, and tenth positions from the surface of the gas barrier layer. Among the 11 band regions in the second region, 1μm measurement target regions are established in the length direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the band regions disposed in second, fourth, sixth, eighth, and tenth positions from the surface of the gas barrier layer. A first measurement target region group constituted by the 10 measurement target regions is then selected. The standard deviation of a luminance projection (α) in the length direction of each of the 10 measurement target regions in the first measurement target region group is obtained. When the arithmetic mean of all 10 standard deviations of the luminance projections (α) in the first measurement target region group is obtained as a mean value, the mean value of the gas barrier layer is at most 10 for all 10 standard deviations of the luminance projections (α) in the first measurement target region group.
