Abstract:
Disclosed is a gas barrier laminate which comprises a gas barrier layer that is obtained by crosslinking carboxyl groups in a polycarboxylic acid polymer with polyvalent metal ions. By accelerating the crosslinking by the polyvalent metal ions, the gas barrier laminate can be produced efficiently and exhibit more excellent gas barrier performance. The gas barrier laminate is characterized by being composed of a layer (A) that is formed from a non-aqueous resin which contains a metal element in the resin skeleton and a layer (B) that is formed from a polycarboxylic acid polymer in which carboxyl groups are crosslinked with each other by ions of a polyvalent metal.
