Abstract:

A gas bottle positioning system of a CNG transport ship comprises gas bottle bases (3) disposed at the bottom of a ship body (1) and a keel（4） disposed at an upper-middle portion of the ship body (1). The bottoms of gas bottles (2) are limited in a swing manner by means of spherical flanges (B2) and conical hole seats (B7) on the gas bottle bases (3), the middle portions of the gas bottles (2) are limited in a damping manner by means of binding belts (M1) and the keel (4), and the upper portions of the gas bottles (2) are flexibly connected to a hatch cover (5) in a limited manner by means of upper plug components, forming a vertical arrangement structure of the gas bottles. The bottoms of the gas bottles are limited in a swing manner, and the middle portions of the gas bottles are limited by means of the binding belts. By means of the two-point limiting structure, the bottle can make an adaptive swing adjustment according to the jolting and swing of the ship body, so that the impact from the ship body on the bottles and gas bottle supports is reduced, and the safety of gas positioning during traveling of the CNG ship is improved.
