Abstract:
To prevent undesirably gas-by-pass events occurred within an air-conditioning or refrigeration system, the invention proposes a gas-by-pass check valve device having an inside-mechanism creating an air-cushion ring gap, whereby the check-valve can be installed on the compressor or the air conditioning system or a cold producing refrigeration system, in particular, for a cold producing refrigeration system designed for making cold at less than -5 degree Celsius. At the time the compressor is in full function, the air-cushion ring valve (14 CI) according to the invention creates the air-cushion ring, so that an air pressure gap (14C1B) occurres between the upper cut-radius ring (14 C4.1) and the lower cut-radius ring (14 C4.2) while the air-cushion ring valve (14 CI) hopping up and down as long as the rhythm of the pressure of refrigerant in vapor state being pushed by the compressor (I) by supporting the pressing position controller (14C3) suspended in proper rank position above the by-pass valve controller (14D1.3). This event will keep the pressure management system in fully stable function, thereby preventing some unwanted effects. As a result, the pressure of the system is completely stabilized, preventing losses resulting of adverse gas by-pass in the refrigeration system. The maximum energy efficiency is used for all functions controlled by the pressure management system.

Claims:
CLAIM

1. The device of gas-by-pass check valve which having the inside-mechanism creating air-cushion ring gap for preventing of undesirably gas-by-pass event occurred within air- conditions or refrigeration systems

2. The said invented device stated in item 1 consisted of special valve mechanism which creating the air-cushion ring gap (14C1B) ,likes the donut shaped, temporary invisible air- cushion, as particularly only occurred at the time of the compressor (1) is running within this invented device for the Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 C I) and its facilities are placed on it and preventing of undesirably gas-by-pass purpose which will occurred between the Upper- Cut- Radius Ring (14 C4.1) and the Lower Cut- Radius Ring(14 C4.2).

3. The said the Air-Cushion Ring valve of invented device stated in item 2 consisted of its facilities and all functions as the Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) of the Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) at its top -side. The said Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) will control the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D1.3)by sliding down and press on the top the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D1.3) to scroll down and control the Gate Plate valve (14D1.1) to be opened the by-pass route(14A) to let the refrigerating oil as in its vapor state flowed out thru the said bypass way at the period of the compressor(l) are being off its running (at this time ,the Pressure Management system was created and running as its full function ) the outer of The Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) is surrounded by the Spring Coil (14 C2)which installed between inner- wall of this device and the Joint (14C3) the said Spring Coil (14 C2)serving the enforcement on the Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) to sliding down and press on the top the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D 1.3)

4. The said invented device stated item 1 has two functions as described following;

A) the function of opening route to gas (refrigerating oil as vapor state) flow through the By-Pass route (14A) out of the body of the device ( 14 ) while the compressor(l) is off s shown on Figure 1 , where bypass route (14A) is a pipe connected to the Inner Pipe-bypass( 14) , the By-Pass route ( 14E ) and the Stem Plate valve (14D) which will be attached to the Plate valve (14D1.1) which controls closing - opening of The flow of refrigerating gas by leading gas to flow through the By-Pass route ( 14E ) out of the invented device while the compressor (1) is temporarily run-off. the spring (14D1.2) installed under the Plate Valve (14DL1) serves to secure the valve is at closing to block the flowing of gas thru the bypass route (14A) at this time the Pressure Management system created and prompt full its running within this refrigeration system , in this time the Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) of the Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) sliding down and press on the top the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D1.3) to scroll down and control the Gate Plate valve (14D1.1) to be opened the by-pass route(14A)

B) the function of closing route to gas thru bypass, this function the gas will controlled to flow thru the High- Pressure exiting route (14C), a normal route of its flowing which occured while the compressor (1) is at work . Especially, at the case of the Pressure Management system installed the refrigeration system in the type of cool-making system designed for making cool at the lower -5 temperature degree to lower than, in this case the mass of gas is mostly much more very light and inadequate pressure to push up the Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) of the Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) in the proper rank , created the proper gap between Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) and the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D1.3) causing of undesirably gas-by-pass event occurred, the pressure is lost unnecessarily by the Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) of the Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) undesirably sliding down and press on the top the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D1.3) to scroll down and control the Gate Plate valve (14D1.1) to be opened the By-Pass route(14A), For resolving this point ,The Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) invented to create the Air-Cushion Ring, an air pressure gap occurred between the Upper- Cut- Radius Ring (14 C4.1) and the Lower Cut- Radius Ring(14 C4.2) while The Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) hopping up and down as along as the rhythm of the pressure of refrigerating oil as status vapor being pushed by the Compressor(l) by supporting the Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) is suspended in proper rank position above the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D1.3)

This device is in according to this invention . That is characteristic of a special check- valve which can be installed on the compressor or the air conditioning system or a cold making refrigeration. Especially, the light mass of gas of the refrigeration system in the type of cool- making system designed for making cool at the lower -5 temperature degree to lower than , At the time the compressor is in full function . the Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) invented to create the Air-Cushion Ring, an air pressure gap(14ClB) occurred between the Upper- Cut- Radius Ring (14 C4.1 ) and the Lower Cut- Radius Ring(14 C4.2) while the Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) hopping up and down as along as the rhythm of the pressure of refrigerating oil as status vapor being pushed by the Compressor(l) by supporting the Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) is suspended in proper rank position above the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D1.3). this event will keep the pressure management system is stability full its function, preventing some unwanted effects . As this result, the pressure of system is up completely. Stabilizing the integrity of the system of pressure within the refrigerating system is completely stable ,preventing of losses resulting of adverse gas by-pass in the refrigeration system. The maximum energy efficiency is used for all functions controlled by the pressure management system.

1. The Device of gas-by-pass check valve which the air-cushion gap inside for air- conditions or refrigeration cycle

The said invented device stated in item 1 consisted of special valve body which have mechanism which creating the air-cushion ring gap (14C1B) .which is mass of gas refrigerating in circle gas-gap , likes the donut shaped which resemble air-cushion ring for supporting interval ranking between The Pressing - Position Controller (14C3) and the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D1.3) not scroll down on each other preventing of undesirably gas-by-pass event occurred causing the lost energy in the period of The compressor's running.

The said the Air-Cushion Ring valve of invented device stated in item 2 consisted of its facilities and all functions as the Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) of the Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) at its top-side. As this result, system pressure up completely. The integrity of the system pressure within the refrigerating system is completely stable, preventing of losses resulting of adverse gas by-pass in the refrigeration system. The maximum energy efficiency is used for all functions controlled by the pressure management system.

GAS-BY-PASS CHECK VALVE WITH AIR-CUSHION RING GAP INSIDE FOR AIR-CONDITIONING OR REFRIGERATION

TECHNICAL FIELD

In engineering in relating to the pressure management system in the refrigerating systems.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

Air conditionings or refrigeration which currently is the system of cool compression pressure. Most of them normally work as by three main parts which are 1). The Compressor (Compressor) 2). Hot coil system (Condenser or Condensing Coil) and the Cooling coil system (Evaporator or Cooling Coil) which is generally installed into the controlled temperature room (hereinafter called to as "room") 3). Thermo-Stat (Thermostat) or Temperature Control (Temperature controller) controlling the compressor's motor operation, For temporary-stop its running whenever the temperature of room reaches at the set-up level temperature required by air conditioning user, the otherwise , continuous its running whenever the temperature of room is failed to maintain its set-up level temperature required by the air conditioning user. The Compressor is an important mechanism that serves as compressed cooling oil (refrigerating oil) flow to all system, the said oil being as a low-boiling point compounds, After the Cooling coil system, as low pressure and low temperature vapor will be sucked into the compressor for compression and changing itself state to become as the high pressure and high temperature vapor state emitted to the Hot coil system, as by along to tube system, for commencing of its work cycle. After the Hot coil system, the said oil changed to be high pressure and high temperature liquid state will flow and pass by the Capillary tube system forward into The Cooling coil system, the said oil as liquid state being , as the point of inside of the Cooling coil system , will be boiled and changed itself state as low pressure and low temperature vapor state being sucked into the compressor again.

At the period of time, when the compressor is in temporary-stop by Thermo-Stat. By this event will cause the pressure of the oil within the refrigerating system decreased gradually, the said oil, as the high pressure and high temperature liquid state which is placed within the Cooling coil system will continuously be evaporated as low pressure and low temperature vapor state by high temperature into the room. At this point of time, the oil, as high pressure and high temperature liquid state which is continuously followed up into herein, will undesirably merged into the oil being prior placed. In this circumstance, the latent heat occurred by this event will be obstacle for the implement of changing state of the oil as completed vapor. The incomplete vapor state of the oil will cause the temperature into the room is unable to be kept at the setting- temperature level on the long proper rank. The compressor have to be run at improper point of time as it should be run, with hard and long time running as if it was the commerce running. By this event, the compressor is in high risk to be seriously damaged by the liquid oil occurred by the oil is uncompleted changed its state as vapor, will break its sucking controlling valve. The preservation of the setting- temperature level on the long proper rank is serious problem causing to enormously waste the energy, especially, the electricity, for its unreal efficiency running of the compressor, much more energy is unnecessarily lost and unsaved energy during its running.

Later, the inverter system, being generally known as the low round-cycled speed system of the compressor's motor has been used to solve this problem of preservation of the setting- temperature level on the long proper rank. It still fails to do so. As the reason that although, the Inverter system can success to keep the setting- temperature level on the long proper rank after its full commerce running for reaching at user's setting- temperature level, Nevertheless, much more electricity energy must be used by the compressor's low round-cycled speed system all of its compressor's running period. Therefore, the said problem is still unresolved due to the energy is still unnecessarily lost and unsaved energy during its running event if the setting- temperature level is suspended and satisfied at user. Moreover, inverter system will be vain if the BTU design of air condition system is more exaggerate than the size of room which it is installed.

For the purpose of solution for this the problem mentions above, In this invention provides a special check valve, inside pressure-control valve device, called as "Device of gas-by-pass check valve which having the inside-mechanism creating air-cushion ring gap for preventing of undesirably gas-by-pass event occurred within air-conditions or refrigeration installed the pressure management system" working as the blocker of refrigerating oil being as its state of high pressure and high temperature vapor emitted from the compressor while it is in temporary- stop status under the controlling of the Thermo-Stat. In this event, the pressure management system will be created within the air-conditioning work system. The result of the pressure management system created by the said device working, will keep the setting- temperature level on the long proper rank after its full commerce running for reaching at user's setting- temperature level with the electricity energy is properly used. This invention provides a "Device of gas-by-pass check valve which having the inside- mechanism creating air-cushion ring gap for preventing of undesirably gas-by-pass event occurred within air-conditions or refrigerations installed the pressure management system" , the main role of this said device is still mainly as a mechanism to control the flowing of refrigerant oil by creating the pressure management system which created saving energy within working system of air conditioning or refrigeration, developed and referred the basic of concept of initial invention of the Patent of Thailand No. 25934 ,Thai land-patent application No. 0301000210 filing date on January 23, 2003, its application notification on August 13, 2005, Especially of the invention of Thailand-patent application No. 090 005328, filing date on November 27, 2009 its application notification which was posted in Thailand on 14 July 2554 by the main development of this device is as being stabilized energy by using of pressuring energy generated in the system of air conditionings or refrigeration and more versatile of types of thereof. In particular, implementation of refrigerating systems of cold temperatures to do at minus- five degree point (-5 degrees) until at more lower than of said degree point on cool- making function of the existing currently cooling system which they are normally designed to have a lower boiling- point of refrigerating oil in use. The mass pressure of its refrigerating is tended to much as light as not be sufficient to protect the undesirably gas-by-pass while refrigerating system which the pressure management system installed its inside, in this event, the status of unnecessary loss energy and the unstable pressure management system will occurred in refrigerating systems, Thus, as under saving energy purpose of the invention of the pressure management system, an initial original invention , this invention will support the pressure management system to complete its normal function to saving energy , preventing of instability performance of the pressure management system installed inside of all the refrigerating systems. Especially , the refrigerating systems which are type of the lower -5 temperature degree cold making until lower than the said rank, the pressure management system is by- result extended much more verious user.

PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION

The Purpose of this invention is provides a developed special check valve as pressure- control valve device, "Device of gas-by-pass check valve which having the inside-mechanism creating air-cushion ring gap for preventing of undesirably gas-by-pass event occurred within air-conditions or refrigerations installed the pressure management system" will extend the scope of creating the pressure management system in various kinds of air-conditioning or air-cooling working, Especially ,the refrigerating systems which are types of the lower -5 temperature degree cold making until lower than the said rank, the pressure management system is by- result extended much more verious user, for solving the problem of the weakness points in work of normal air-conditioning and air cooling which fail to keep the setting- temperature level on the long proper rank after its full commerce running for reaching at user's setting- temperature level due to the latent heat occurred from the undesirable merging of the oil within the Cooling coil between the oil ,as state of low pressure and low temperature vapor being priority placed at the Cooling coil and the oil, as state of high pressure and high temperature liquid during the compressor is in temporary stop of its running.

This invention has provided a "Device of gas-by-pass check valve which having the inside-mechanism creating air-cushion ring gap for preventing of undesirably gas-by-pass event occurred within air-conditions or refrigeration installed the pressure management system was developed to provide a mechanism work by the pressure of refrigerating oil within the air conditioning or freezing-made system without the outer energy. This saving-cost mechanism of valve device in which the various components of a high-pressure steam bypass valves, a check valves, the pressure management systems created in all air conditionings or refrigeration, these was developed by the device under patent of Thailand, number of patent applications (Thailand) No. 0901005328, filing date is 27.1 1 . 2552 ( 2009 ) the mechanism is within the said valve according to the invention achieves a stable performance for more various rank of types of the air conditioning and refrigeration systems by the pressure management pressure created by this invention was installed , especially the type of cool-making system designed for making cool at the lower -5 temperature degree to lower than , supporting to the performance of the pressure management systems created as such type of refrigerating system works efficiently in each point of within system, refrigerating oil is completely controlled , reducing of the energy lost while the system is properly working, the energy was efficiently used, at the same time, the ready status for the next running of compressor is arranged and its recovering running complete with a shorter than usual, as required by this invention purpose.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING

Figure 1 shown a chart of the installation point of the high pressure gas-bypass-check valve of this invented device within the air-conditioning or refrigeration system , at the point of time, being on during the compressor is in temporary stop running and the pressure management system has been created.

Figure 2 shown the intra-mechanical operation of this invented device, is i its stop- operation state which installed within the air-conditioning or refrigeration system, at the point of time, being on during the compressor is fully working while the air-cushion ring gap is being occurred for preventing of undesirably gas-by-pass event.

Figure 3 shown the intra-mechanical operation of this invented device, is being on its operation state which installed within the air-conditioning or refrigeration system, at the point of time, Being on during the compressor is in temporary-stop running and the pressure management system has been created.

Figure 4 shown this invented device installed on the place point of the compressors, being outer of the air-conditioning or air-cooling working system, for the pressure management system has been created.

The meaning of the symbols stood for various states of refrigerating oil which changed on each point in the air-conditioning or refrigeration system as shown in Figure 1.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

The device of gas-by-pass check valve which having the inside-mechanism creating air- cushion ring gap for preventing of undesirably gas-by-pass event occurred within air-condition or refrigeration installed the pressure management system" (14) controls the flow of refrigerating oil with mechanical valves create a ring air-cushion (14 CI ) installed within the body of this device. The important components of the said mechanism which is inside of the device is consisted of as following;

1. The Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) shown in Figure 2 , which located at the same direction of the High-Pressure entering route (14 B) , provided the Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) of the Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) at its top -side. The said Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) will control the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D1.3)by sliding down and pressing on the top the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D1.3) to scroll down and control the Gate Plate valve (14D1.1) to be opened the by-pass route(14A) to let the refrigerating oil as in its vapor state flowed out thru the said by-pass way at the period of the compressor are being off its running (at this time ,the pressure management system was created and running as its full function ). the outer of The Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) is surrounded by the Spring Coil (14 C2)which installed between inner- wall of this device and the Joint (14C3) , the said Spring Coil (14 C2)serving the enforcement on the Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) to sliding down and pressing on the top the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D 1.3).

At inner wall of this device ,at the below of The Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) installed the Upper- Cut- Radius Ring (14 C4.1) and the Lower Cut- Radius Ring(14 C4.2) is installed on the next below of the Upper- Cut- Radius Ring (14 C4.1) ,the air-cushion ring gap (14C1B) ,likes the donut shaped, temporary invisible air-cushion, as particularly only occurred at the time of the compressor (1) is running within this invented device for the, Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) and its facilities are placed on it and preventing of undesirably gas-by-pass purpose which will occurred between the Upper- Cut- Radius Ring (14 C4.1) and the Lower Cut- Radius Ring(14 C4.2) while The Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) hopping up and down as along as the rhythrn of the pressure of refrigerating oil as vapor status being pushed by the Compressor(l) , the air-cushion ring gap (14C IB) occurred by this mechanism which prevents encountering between the Pressing -Position Controller (14C3) of the Air-Cushion Ring valve and the By-Pass Valve Controller (14D1.3) by touching or pressing each other, which the undesirably gas-by-pass event will occurred by said circumstance, this will keep the gap in the proper rank between both of them at the time of the compressor is normally running , the air- cushion ring is temporarily formed by the mass of gas (the refrigerating oil as vapor state was pushed out from the Compressor (1)) , especially, the light mass of gas of the refrigeration system in the type of cool-making system designed for making cool at the lower -5 temperature degree to lower than , the said air-cushion ring cap(14C IB) , likes the donut shaped, temporary invisible air-cushion, as particularly occurred at the time of the compressor (1) is running and supporting The Air-Cushion Ring valve (14 CI) placed on it.
