Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a gas chromatography analysis method which can accurately analyze the purity of ethylene carbonate with high purity by means of gas chromatography analysis, wherein the problem can be addressed by the gas chromatography analysis method, which is a gas chromatography analysis method for ethylene carbonate, via a split injection method, the method comprising: injecting ethylene carbonate to be analyzed into a gas chromatography analysis device; vaporizing the injected ethylene carbonate within a single tapered liner not filled with wool; introducing and passing a portion of the vaporized ethylene carbonate to and through a capillary column through which an inert gas has flowed; and detecting the ethylene carbonate passed through the capillary column by means of a detector.
