Abstract:
In a gas combustion-type driving tool, when a contact arm is pressed against a material to be driven, a combustion chamber is closed and gas is supplied, and the gas is ignited upon triggering of a switch lever, so that a driving operation is performed. A conventional driving depth adjustment mechanism, in which the driving depth can be adjusted by changing the "on" position of the contact arm, has a configuration wherein manual operation of an operation member may cause the contact arm to move to the "on" position, and thus, this operation is to be prevented. An adjustment shaft (61) is disposed between a contact arm (55) and an operation member (62) for cutting depth adjustment, such that the operation member (62) is separated via the two-faced width part (61a) of the adjustment shaft (61) with regard to the movement of the contact arm (55) toward the "on" position, whereby an operation in this direction is prevented.
