Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a gas-component measurement apparatus capable of swiftly and accurately obtaining components of a sample gas including argon. This gas-component measurement apparatus measures components of a sample gas including argon, and nitrogen or oxygen. A condenser lens (L) is used to condense laser light emitted from a laser irradiation device (14), and an inside of a gas supply tube (103) is irradiated with said laser light. Resultant scattered light from the sample gas enters a spectrometer (161) of a detector (16) and is dispersed, and Raman-scattered light is subsequently detected by a CCD camera (162). A detection signal of the CCD camera (162) is inputted into a data processing device (18), and a Raman spectrum is obtained, and thus the concentration of argon and the concentration of nitrogen or oxygen included in the sample gas can be obtained by analysing the Raman spectrum.
