Abstract:

A gas concentration sensor which comprises a reaction chamber having a catalyst layer and a gas temperature sensor, and which can detect a CO concentration in a reformed gas passing the reaction chamber by means of a signal from the temperature sensor involving the gas, whereby providing a means of capable of detecting a CO concentration in a reformed gas inexpensively and reliably, and a hydrogen purification unit capable of satisfactorily delivering the function of a CO purifying catalyst.
