Abstract:

A rotation-side communication hole (24) is configured from: a minimum throttle-segment (24a) comprising a groove having a prescribed length and a constant width and depth; an intermediate throttle-segment (24b) comprising a groove having a width which gradually changes; and an opening (24c) comprising a through hole. The present invention is configured such that, when a portion of the minimum throttle-segment (24a) faces a fixed-side communication hole (23), fuel gas supplied to the opening (24c) from a gas passage flows to the fixed-side communication hole (23) via the groove of the intermediate throttle-segment (24b) and a groove of a portion of the minimum throttle-segment (24a), said portion not facing the fixed-side communication hole (23), thereby enabling the minimum gas flow rate to be adjusted in accordance with the degree of passage resistance corresponding to the length of the groove of a non-facing portion (24a') of the minimum throttle segment (24a).
