Abstract:
A gas detection electrode comprising: a conductive structure; a linker covalently bonded to the structure at a first bonding site; an ion fluid covalently bonded to the linker at a second bonding site on the linker that is different from the first bonding site; and a metal complex that has the property of selectively capturing a specified gas and is immobilized via the ion fluid.
