Abstract:
A gas dissolver is provided with which bubbles remaining in a solution of a gas can be removed to obtain a gas solution stably having a high concentration. The gas dissolver comprises: a gas injection part (2) which injects a gas (19) into a liquid (16); a pressurizing part (1) which forcedly feeds the liquid (16); a pressure dissolution part (3) in which the gas (19) is dissolved in the liquid (16) by the pressurization caused by the forced feeding by the pressurizing part (1) of the liquid (16) into which the gas (19) has been injected; a bubble removal part (8) which removes bubbles (11) remaining in a gas solution (10) obtained by dissolving the gas (19) at the pressure dissolution part (3); and a pressure reduction part (4) in which the pressure of the gas solution (10) is gradually reduced to atmospheric pressure from the inflow side toward the outflow side thereof. The upstream side of the bubble removal part (8) is connected to the pressure dissolution part (3), and the downstream side of the bubble removal part (8) is connected to the pressure reduction part (4). In the bubble removal part (8), the bubbles (11) remaining in the gas solution (10) are removed by allowing the bubbles (11) to ascend to the liquid surface based on the buoyancy thereof.
