Abstract:
The present invention is related to a gas doner grill embodiment that ensures doner to be roasted healthily, homogeneously, and ideally in a hygienic medium; wherein it contains an apparatus where a central protective glass-pane (1) or two additional side-wing panes (2, 3) with the same characteristics besides said pane (1) are placed in front of heaters (15) so as to make a partial circular movement on the doner grill.
