Abstract:
This gas engine drive system is provided with: a gas engine; a supercharger including a compressor and a turbine which are connected to the gas engine; a fuel injection valve provided in the gas engine; a fuel supply line which introduces fuel gas into the fuel injection valve and which is provided with a pressure adjustment valve; a first pressure gauge for detecting supplied air pressure, which is the pressure of supplied air fed from the compressor to the gas engine; a second pressure gauge for detecting fuel supply pressure, which is the pressure downstream of the pressure adjustment valve; and a control device which controls the pressure adjustment valve so that the pressure difference between the fuel supply pressure and the supplied air pressure attains a target value, wherein the control device changes the target value from a first set value to a second set value, higher than the first set value, if the load on the gas engine suddenly increases or the amount of heat generated by the fuel gas drops below a threshold.
