Abstract:

This gas engine system comprises: a gas engine; a generator that generates electric power by the rotary power of the gas engine; a supercharger including a compressor and a turbine; a supply air cooling device that, by using cooling water cooled by atmospheric air, cools supply air compressed by the compressor; and an intake air temperature adjustment device that adjusts the temperature of intake air supplied to the compressor from an intake air introduction part which takes in atmospheric air. The intake air temperature adjustment device comprises: an exhaust heat recovery part that recovers exhaust heat generated by the gas engine; a temperature adjuster that adjusts the temperature of the intake air by using the recovered exhaust heat; and a controller that controls the temperature adjuster. The controller acquires the temperature of the supply air supplied to the gas engine or the temperature of post-combustion gas discharged from the gas engine, and controls the temperature of the intake air such that the acquired temperature becomes a predetermined target temperature.
