Abstract:
Disclosed is a gas-filled LED light bulb (10), comprising a bulb housing (100), a support (200) and filament components (300). A cavity (120) is provided inside the bulb housing (100) and the cavity (120) is filled with thermal conductivity gas. A support (200) is fixedly provided inside the cavity (120). The filament components (300) are provided inside the cavity (120), and each of the filament components (300) comprises an LED (320) packaged by surface mount devices (SMD) or chip scale package (CSP) and a metal wire (340). A plurality of the LEDs (320) and a plurality of the metal wire (340) are provided, the LEDs (320) and the metal wires (340) are connected alternately to form a chain, and two ends of the filament components (300) are fixed to the support (200).
